Friends Of STAR

I was late. I missed the article by Mr Arffin Mamat. STAR, STAROBA and a few drops of tears is emotionally written. He is right. Very very right.

I was in the meeting held prior to the AGM. Since it is bad to mention names, I will face a little difficulty to quote things that were discussed. I will leave them as they are. Only we know!

After the AGM, many of us especially those who were in the last meeting held prior to the AGM left. Never attended any other OB functions. We knew the truth and we knew too much.  I, for that matter will distant myself from some of these people who attended the last meeting and now in the present STAROBA committee.

Let Friends of STAR Club function. This is not STAROBA Two. It is I believe a group of friends who strongly feel for STAR. Who wants to be good. Who wants to do good for STAR.

Friends of STAR with their intention to give back to STAR, must have clear objective. FOS should not challenge STAROBA. They must co-exist. Let STAROBA do what they want to do best and FOS for that matter allowed to do what they know and want best. Don't disparage. It is unethical to poke around and say FOS is meddling. In the first place the intention is good. The method differs and the priority of different scale. STAR benefits!

FOS need not have big memberships. STAROBA has proven wrong with long list of members. FOS needs committed members and all must be thinkers and goal getters. We will get to our goal.
