Many of us have already known this and in fact, many of us have already met Tuan Haji Hashim but for those who did not attend the OBW 2010, a new headmaster had reported for duty on the 12th of July.

Friends of STAR welcome Tuan Haji Abdul Hashim Abdul Karim, the new headmaster of STAR. He replaced En Gufri Alpiah.

A hockey player in his schooldays, Tuan Haji Hashim is an old boy from Batch 77 and was formerly the headmaster of Sekolah Menengah Teknik Taiping. For those curious, Tuan Haji Hashim is the younger brother of sportsman of the year 1973, Yunus Karim from Batch 73.
