New EMU Train Arrived At Westport
Today 22nd September 2011, I had the opportunity to witness the offloading of the first set of the EMU made by China Southern Railway at the WESTPORT. The EMU is one of the 38 sets ordered by Ministry of Transport for KTMB's Greater Klang Valley Rail Commuter Service. KTMB's Senior Vice President Technical was Haji Helmy ex STARIAN Batch 77.

Hope it does not end up like the S.African models.
The EMUs should have the performance record like the IRCON locomotives.
