Earlier Report: In the first Plate Semi-Final STAR trounced EC 26-14. STAR will meet Sekolah Menengah Sains Ulu Selangor SEMASHUR in the Plate Final. SEMASHUR beat VC 27-0 in the other Semi-Final.

STAR are Plate Champions: STAR beat SEMASHUR 24-5 to become the Plate Champions of the MCKK Premier 7s.
